… and freedom tastes like reality. Today was the last day of the PCRM 21 Day Vegan Challenge, and while I do hesitate to call myself a vegan, I do feel a sense of freedom. Sure, I slipped up. I bought this piece of technological wonderment back in July. From Woot. It was a bargain at $50! I can’t believe that it’s taken me nine months to take it out of the box! The daunting task that I was about to [...] You know how you work so hard at something, work really hard to complete a task, and feel great when it’s done. Then, something happens that negates the whole process? This is that story … I had been extolling the virtues of Mom’s Goop for a while, it’s amazing stuff! Especially for me, as I tend [...] Life is just rolling along, and if I don’t note down all the wonderful things that have been happening, it’ll all be forgotten in the blink of an eye! During this past week, we have been going crazy delivering Girl Scout cookies. Due to an ordering error (not mine!) we had an extra 80 or so [...] After completing 7 days of eating raw, I was ready to plunge headlong into the 21-day vegan kickstart – it started this morning, Monday, March 1, and the first day is now over.
